Join fellow water-lovers in the pool for a water fitness course that’s right for your interests and intensity. At the Aquatic Complex, a wide array of exercise styles are adapted for the water, adding benefits such as low friction and slight resistance.

Water Fitness Classes
A low impact course designed for individuals who suffer from arthritis, are recovering from injury or illness, or those who have difficulty exercising on land. Class will focus on stretching, range of motion, and light cardio.
- Monday-Friday at 8:00am
This is a 45 minute, high intensity cardio workout in shallow water. It’s a fun and motivating way to increase cardio fitness, tone muscles and increase flexibility while being joint friendly. Designed to be adapted to any fitness level.
- Saturdays at 8:00am
This class is one step up in intensity from Arthritis. It is designed for those who are looking for more cardio in their workout. Stretching and range of motion are also included.
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 9:00am
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday at 10:00 am
This class is for individuals looking for cardiovascular exercises with limited impact on joints. Class will focus on walking moves combined with upper body exercises. Great for individuals beginning an exercise program or those looking to vary their workout.
- Tuesdays & Fridays at 9:00 am
- Thursdays at 10:00 am
This class offers a vigorous, non-impact workout that takes place in the 50 meter pool and is entirely in deep water. Belts will be provided for flotation. Participants do not need to know how to swim, but must be comfortable in deep water.
- Monday-Friday at 10:00am.
Exercise at your own pace and style during free swim times. Equipment will be available for activities that are not instructor-led, allowing you more flexibility with your workout schedule.
Self-Motivated Exercise Schedule:
Self-motivated exercise if available any time during Therapy Pool Open Swim hours.
Land Zumba classes are held in the multipurpose room on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am to 10am. Classes are free for members, and only $6 per class for non-members.
Members can take advantage of the treadmills, ellipticals, and exercise bikes in our fitness room. Each piece of equipment comes with a television screen and an outlet for MP3 players.
Must be 18 years or older to use fitness equipment.
